1. Service Description

InsightSnap is a SaaS tool that helps product managers synthesize user research notes into structured insights. By using InsightSnap, you agree to these terms.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the service
• Exceed rate limits or abuse the API
• Scrape or bulk-download data from the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

4. Subscription and Billing

• Free tier: Limited to 5 AI synthesis runs per month and 5 cloud sessions
• Pro/Team tiers: Billed monthly or annually through Stripe
• You can cancel your subscription at any time via the account settings
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refunds & Cancellation policy

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload. InsightSnap retains ownership of the software, design, and synthesis algorithms. The insights generated from your notes belong to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

InsightSnap is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
