Refunds & Cancellation

This policy explains how subscriptions and one-time credit packs can be cancelled and when refunds are issued. It applies to all paid purchases, whether billed through Stripe (most countries) or Razorpay (India).

1. Cancelling a subscription

  • You can cancel a Pro or Team subscription at any time from Account → Billing.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep paid access until then; you are not charged again afterward.
  • We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period, except where required by law.

2. Subscription refunds

  • Accidental or duplicate charges: fully refunded when reported within 7 days.
  • Recent renewal: if you forgot to cancel before an auto-renewal, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it provided the plan was not actively used in the new period.
  • Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (your bank may take longer to post them).

3. Credit packs

  • Credit packs are one-time purchases. An unused pack can be refunded within 7 days of purchase.
  • Once any credits from a pack have been used, that pack is non-refundable, since the AI synthesis has already been delivered.
  • Credits do not expire and are not exchangeable for cash.

4. How to request a refund

Email priceliftco@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the date of the charge and the payment reference. We aim to respond within 2 business days. If you believe a charge is an error, please contact us before raising a chargeback so we can resolve it directly and faster.

5. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and notify you. Continued failure may pause or downgrade your plan to the Free tier. Restoring a valid payment method reactivates paid access.
