Overview

InsightSnap is a tool for product managers to synthesize user research notes into structured insights. We take your privacy seriously and minimize the data we collect.

What We Collect

• Account data: Email address for authentication (if you sign up)
• Interview notes: The text you paste for synthesis (stored only if you save a session)
• Usage data: Anonymous analytics to improve the product
• Payment data: Processed securely by Stripe (we never see your card details)

How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve the synthesis service
• To process payments for Pro/Team subscriptions
• To send transactional emails (account updates, billing)
• To detect and prevent abuse

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (Postgres) with row-level security. Interview notes remain in your browser until you explicitly save them or run AI synthesis. AI synthesis uses Groq's API, which processes your notes to generate insights.

Your Rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. Contact us at priceliftco@gmail.com for data export or deletion requests.

International Data Transfers

We operate globally and use the providers above to process data, including in the United States. Notes you submit for synthesis are sent to Groq (US) to generate insights. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. If you are an EU/UK or Indian user, you have rights under the GDPR and India's DPDP Act respectively; business customers can request a Data Processing Agreement at priceliftco@gmail.com.

Your Rights

You can export all the data we hold about you, and permanently delete your account and data, at any time from Account → Privacy. You may also request access, correction, or erasure by emailing us; we respond within statutory timelines under the GDPR and India's DPDP Act.
